Returns and Exchange Policy
At 好剪才髮物所 (SUPERBCUT PRO), we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to provide you with a satisfactory process. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must submit a request for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return and Exchange Procedure:
